OURRewards allows you to earn points for the services you use at OUR Credit Union.
How do OURRewards points work? Every time you conduct selected account activities, you earn points that you can redeem for many different things. Take a bonus on a share certificate, discount on a loan, or something from OUR Virtual Store!

How do I sign up for OURRewards? Signing up for OURRewards is easy. You'll find the OURRewards link by logging into Online Banking; in the left hand column, under Services. Through Online Banking members will be able to view and use OURRewards points. If you're not currently enrolled in Online Banking, register today! You can register for Online Banking and OURRewards in any of our lobbies with a Membership Services Specialist.
How can I redeem my OURRewards points? Points are redeemed in OUR Virtual Store through the Online Banking page. Redeem your points for credit union specials, mechandise and much more!

Q: Is there a fee for enrolling in the OURRewards Program? A: No, this program is free. Actually, it's better than free - we're paying you back, as a way of saying thanks for being an OUR Credit Union member-owner. Thanks.
Q: When will OURRewards points be added to my Rewards Account? A: All points earned will be posted to your OURRewards account on the 5th day of every month (i.e. points earned in June will be posted July 5th). It may take up to 90 days for any special Promotional Points that you have earned to be posted to your OURRewards account.
Q: If I use my points to purchase an item, how long will it take for me to receive it? A: Purchased reward items will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of the order.
Q: Do I have to pay shipping and handling if I purchase an item from the Virtual Store? A: No, shipping and handling will be taken care of by OUR Credit Union.
Q: Who can participate in OURRewards? A: Any member over 18 can benefit from OURRewards with their personal accounts. Business Accounts do not qualify.
Q: Do my OURRewards points expire? A: All points will expire at the end of the 24th month, after the month in which they were posted to your OURRewards account.
