Opt-In for Overdraft Privilege for your Debit Card!
As of August 15th, current members must OPT-IN for overdraft privilege on everyday debit card transactions. For more information and to view a quick video on the government's changes go to our Consumer News page.
Nationwide Call to Government Representatives!
We are asking for your help to oppose legislation now being considered by Congress. A new bill now being considered may limit how you use your debit card. The bill favors big banks over credit unions by limiting the fees (or interchange) that merchants pay when customers use their debit card. The bill will allow retailers to pick and choose whose debit cards they want to accept. Credit Unions use this interchange to pay for this free but expensive service. You can contact your Congress Representative today by clicking here. Thank you for your help in supporting your credit union.
