How do I sign up for Online Banking?

Visit OUR home page > Connect > Digital Banking > New User sign up > Follow enrollment steps.

Where is my username and how do I change it?

Once you log in, click on Menu > "Name" > Settings > Security > "Edit" next to Username > Enter password > Create new Username > Save

How do I reset/change my password?

If you forgot your password and can't log in: Click "Forgot?" on login page

To change password once you are already logged in: Click on Menu > "Name" > Settings > Security > "Edit" next to password > Enter old password > Create new password > Save

Why isn't there a password preview?

Browser limitations: only Edge has this capability. Chrome does not.

What if I am joint on account and need a 2 Factor Authentication set up for me?

You must set up a second 2FA option. Primary account holder must login (2FA will initially send to cell of Primary member) then, Menu > Click on Name > Settings > Security > 2-step verification > Add another method.

What happens when I want to change my two factor authentication?

Once logged in, click on: Menu > "Name" > Settings > Security >Two-Factor Authentication > Edit settings > Type Password > Set up under 2FA method.

I am joint on an account, how do I receive alerts?

Turn on App push notifications. (Menu > "Name" > Settings > User Alerts > Alert > "In-app Message".

When will my payment send?

To view this information, you will need to access Bill Pay full site > Make Payment > Review Process Date.

How do I set nicknames for accounts?

Once you log in, click on Menu > Accounts > Select Account > Settings > Rename > Save.

How do I hide Online Banking "cards" that I don’t want to see?

Once you are logged in: From Dashboard, click on elipses on Card > Organize Dashboard > Click "X" next to desired Card > Done.

How do I hide accounts I don’t want to see?

Once you log in, click on Menu > "Name" > Settings > OUR Credit Union. Under Accounts > Select Account > Display activity and transactions.

How do I access my VISA account through Online Banking?

 From Dashboard: Click on VISA Account > Settings > Credit Card.

How do I access Bill Pay Full site?

Once you are logged in: Menu > Bill Pay > Manage Payments.

What is Credit Score by Savvy Money?

SavvyMoney is a comprehensive platform that provides users with free and ongoing access to their latest credit scores and reports, real-time credit monitoring, and savings opportunities on existing and new loans and credit cards – all through online and mobile banking!

When I check my credit report on Credit Score by Savvy Money, will it impact my credit score?

No. You can check your credit report with peace of mind knowing that it will have no impact on your credit score.

What is the Score Simulator Tool?

Score Simulator is an interactive tool within Credit Score by Savvy Money that allows users to see how hypothetical actions may affect their credit score, including things like paying off a credit card balance or applying for a loan.

How often will be credit score be updated?

Every 7 days scores are updated and displayed in digital banking. Users can also refresh their score and full report every 24 hours by clicking “Refresh Score” and navigating to the detailed Credit Score Dashboard within digital banking.

What if the Information Provided by SavvyMoney Credit Score Appears to be Wrong or Inaccurate?

The SavvyMoney Credit Score is not intended to be comprehensive and may not provide all information about user accounts. Users are encouraged to take advantage of obtaining free credit reports from www.annualcreditreport.com to look for any incorrect information or discrepancies across all three bureaus. Each bureau has its process for correcting inaccurate information, but every user can “File a Dispute” by clicking on the “Dispute” link within their SavvyMoney Credit Report.
